Installing the SCP: Secret Laboratory Dedicated Server is fairly simple. First you have to install SteamCMD(guide can be found here). Then you have to install the server by opening SteamCMD and typing app_update 996590 validate . The server can be found under steamapps/common/SCP Secret Laboratory Dedicated Server/ . The server can be started up by double-clicking on LocalAdmin.exe. You have to set the port(default is 7777) and it will start. In order for people to access your server, you have to port forward the port 7777(or whatever you set it as) in your router settings.
